Authoring: hotkey hints on menu buttons, pose radial radius, Player.mat

Main: Taunt/Pose button labels show their hotkeys (E/C), pose radial
radius 220 -> 150. Player.mat switched to URP Lit (drops invalid
keyword), UMotion project state churn.
