The Room: wire VideoClipPlaylist on plasma TV with ping-pong clip

Adds the ping-pong processed TV video and a VideoClipPlaylist on the
Video object (one item, full range, loop). Includes regenerated
SkyboxReflection cubemap churn from SkyboxEnvironmentUpdater.
