fix: Backup-Download (0 Bytes + fehlender Dateiname)

- api.js: credentials: 'include' hinzugefügt (Auth-Cookie)
- BackupEndpoint.cs: Task<IResult> → Task mit direktem Response-Handling
  (ASP.NET hat IResult nicht korrekt verarbeitet → leerer Body)
