fix: TodoWrite-Tool über CLI korrekt als Todo-Liste rendern

TodoWrite → todo_write Mapping in Backend und Frontend ergänzt.
Todo-Liste wird jetzt aus dem Input-Array gebaut statt aus dem
Result, da die CLI nur einen generischen Erfolgstext zurückgibt.
