refactor: AppPaths.WwwRoot – zentrale wwwroot-Pfadauflösung

- Neue statische Klasse AppPaths mit WwwRoot-Property
- Dev-Modus: ../../../wwwroot (Quell-Verzeichnis)
- Publish-Modus: Fallback auf BaseDirectory/wwwroot
- Program.cs + RemoteEndpoint.cs nutzen AppPaths statt eigener Logik
