fix: CLI-Stream überlebt Page-Reload (Token-Trennung workCt/sseCt)

Browse Source 
workCt steuert den CLI-Prozess (nur Stop-Button), sseCt die SSE-Writes
(Client-Disconnect). Page-Reload cancelt nur sseCt → CLI läuft weiter.
