fix: chain-meta mit In:0/Out:0 nicht mehr anzeigen während Stream läuft
...
- addChainMetaBubble unterdrückt Anzeige wenn inputTokens, outputTokens und durationMs alle 0 sind (Chain noch nicht finalisiert)
- done-Event: chain-meta nur noch in _lastDoneChainData merken, nicht sofort als streamed-Bubble anzeigen – wird erst im finally-Block nach pollHistory eingefügt
- behebt das Problem bei Chat-Navigation während laufendem Stream

- Meta-Bar zeigt nur noch Status (Streaming.../Bereit)
- Chain-Infos (Model, Tokens, Dauer etc.) als Badges im Chat
- Badges bei Streaming, History-Load und Archiv-Ansicht
- buildMetaString → buildMetaBadges, neue addChainMetaBubble Funktion

Fix: Chat scrollt nach Font-Loading nochmal nach unten
...
scrollDown() wartet jetzt auf document.fonts.ready und scrollt erneut.
chat-page.js wartet nach loadHistory() zusätzlich per requestAnimationFrame
auf den Repaint nach Font-Swap.

- AgentEndpoint (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/agents)
- sessions + chains now reference agent_id
- ChatEndpoint resolves agent from session (no agent = no chat)
- system prompt built from agent persona + instructions
- frontend: agent editor with avatar upload, agent cards on dashboard
- session: agent dropdown replaces model picker, choice persisted
