feat: dirty-Markierung + Standard-Hinweis + Bloom 0.01-Schritte im Panel

- Werte abweichend vom Standard werden amber markiert
- klickbarer Hinweis '↺ <Standard>' zeigt Originalwert (Bugfix: _defaultEl wurde nie zugewiesen)
- Bloom-Schwelle jetzt in 0.01-Schritten einstellbar
