Author MatchHud and PaintHud canvases in the Main scene

Add the MatchHudCanvas (TopBar > Phase/Time, Crosshair > H/V) and move
PaintHud onto a scene-authored canvas, matching the binder rewrites. Your
scene authoring, kept in its own commit.
