Rename Game Maker to Feuerwerk (#422)
The editor is called Feuerwerk now and lives at nockal.com/feuerwerk/. - Home, Accounts, Architecture and Development use the new name, the new live and dev URLs, __feuerwerkPlay and the CI server paths. - Repository links, runners, containers and the GAME_MAKER_* variables stay until stage 3 of #422.
